Our services are categorized as Core Services or Customized Services. We have found that this general classification works well, as every society needs all four Core Services, whereas Customized Services can be implemented individually as needed based on the society's mission, volunteer structure, and financial resources.

PAI staff members track their time in each of these service classifications, and quarterly reports compare actual time used with budgeted time allocations. This allows us to assure that every client is receiving the appropriate time in each service category and to anticipate future staffing needs.

Also, with stated objectives for each service category (see below) the society can measure the effectiveness of its use of scarce financial resources allocated to a management contract.
