This expertise is based on the professional experiences of Norman Wallis, Ph.D., PAI's president, who has served as the executive director of a national board of a major health profession for over 20 years. Dr. Wallis and his team of professionals, which includes a world-class psychometrician, helped develop and then provided testing services for the Convention Industry Council's Certified Meeting Professional (CMP) Board and the American Board of Adolescent Psychiatry. Currently, they provide testing services for the American Association of Tissue Banks Certified Tissue Bank Specialist (CTBS) Board.
